  I am fairly sure your conclusion rings true, unfortunately.
Pay Pal as verification method is just one of several now
well documented example.  It seems perhaps that some
of our Jefsey-eleceted false and possibly fraudulent so
called "Panel" members want to keep discourse, debate
and consideration in something less than and open and
transparent manner to the members to which such
actually shall effect.  That's just wrong and frankly,
stupid!  :/
