Try the loss of money once paid
Try overpaying a domain at least 6 times
Try the abismall service record of Verisign
Try insider trading with snapnames on the topic
Try the fact that a trial is not for one but at the very minimum 3
years.

Try reading the archive on this topic, you will find a healthy
discussion with a lot of argument
