  Again it seems that I am confused as to which is your actual
given name.  Dessa or Darryl?  Hummmm?  But I suppose it
has its humor value.

  In any event I for one and maybe the only one fail to see
any humor from what I previously posted or in the NIST's
excellent initiative.  I would guess that the see any
"Belly Laughing" humor in your diatribe below either.
But that's just a guess, of course...
