Actually, the .org address is their primary address, the one they 
actually use in their own linking... the .com address is just an 
alternate address that happens to go to the same page.  One of my own 
tests of the "Cluefulness Quotient" of a webmaster who links to 
ICANNWatch is whether they use the .org or .com version in their 
link... use of the .org gets a higher score from me.
