Please all @large,

When we just say mean things they only get mean responses.
Our Authentication/Verification is tough and determining what is 
unnacceptable list behavior is tougher.  But throwing insults is only 
destructive and not beneficial.
JW has a right to be heard in our "group".  However he must be what we call 
civil.  I have been uncivilized on lists but always for a short duration for 
a specific purpose. Therefor I have been "expelled".
Personally I would like to see him lurk for a little while but if he cannot? 
--let us move on to business.

By Laws are very important - don't get me wrong the panel already has full 
power. However legitimacy is truly born by a desire and implementation of 
law of words and process not Wo"men".

Be careful to be good and be careful to write your words and then follow 
them.

The work is done "just do it".
