@Large & Abel Wisman specifically;

I find this to be evidence of yet more personal bias entering into your decision process and more effort to garner control of the formation of this organization. While accusing others of standing in the way of progress, I also find it interesting that you were one of two that voted NO to the formation of the WG-By-Laws for esoteric reasons. The support and respect which I have in the past had for your contributions are dwindling rapidly. The vague arguments you have plagued the VC committee with are also clouding and complicating issues that are simple by definition. Including M. Sherrill with his continuing offensive usage of derogatory language and excluding myself, while at the same time loading the Moderation with S.S. (whose well known explosions of vituperation contradict the purpose of this effort from the core) is obviously a totalitarian effort to vest control and avoid any who disagree with your point of view.
Your Quote: I do not think a formal vote needs to be held by us on this, if real objections come in we can still consider that however (objections from panel members).
Unquote.
It appears that your regard for the Panel as some kind of elite grows and your disregard for the membership as a whole shows a corresponding drop. Be reminded that the currently elected panel has limited scope and authority, there is as yet little progress toward formalizing this group as a legal entity and digression into trivial mattes begins to detract from the support for this Panel.
Where is the mailing list for the WG-By-Laws? What notification has been given to the Membership of this so-called Moderation Tribunal? By what guidelines will the Moderation be driven? None of these substantive answers have been made public that I can find.
Regards T'all,
