I don't know much about Uruguayan politics or Uruguayan history, but I'm
willing to bet that democracy doesn't come cheap, and it sounds to me like
Mauro knows the cost and value of true democracy.

I often have strong views which I want to assert, but sometimes you need to
listen too.
