walter,
it is not an idle question but i think it is not fair to even mention names now. i am afraid we will start discussing their "involvement" even before they have been actually asked to be involved. by the way, don't get me wrong i am not "friends" with anyone who can be remotely called a cyberspace lawyer. i just have read some cyberspace law stuff and know that the authors are reachable by email.

"Plan for what is difficult while it is easy, do what is great while it is small. The most difficult things in the world must be done while they are still easy, the greatest things in the world must be done while they are still small. For this reason sages never do what is great, and this is why they can achieve that greatness." - Attributed by Sun Tzu to warriors of ancient times.
