Sehr zweifelhaft, dass copyright protection irgendeinen kulturellen
Fortschritt bedeutet. Jedenfalls nicht zwingend. Wer was zu sagen hat,

Mit dem Arguemnt wird ja auch die Notwendigkeit von Patenten auf Gene
begruendet. Dabei gehts da IMHO allenfalls um Beschleunigung, auf die man
gut verzichten kann.
