military operations other than war" - das ist huebsch formuliert.
Zuletzt war er in Bosnien.

Viele und interessante Quellenangaben am Ende des Textes.
Er verbindet Infotech mit Biotech und Nanotech, wobei er aber
besonders bei Biotech Vorhersagen wiederholt, die bereits
vor ca. 20 Jahren gemacht wurden und die so bis heute nicht
eintrafen - ohne dieses Zeitdelta jedoch zu reflektieren.
