Ich glaube, das ist nicht die Schuld vom Digital Millenium Copyright Act.
Dieses Gesetz enthaelt gerade eine Regelung, die verhindert, dass ein
Dritter (wie etwa Scientology) den Provider durch juristischen Druck
zwingt, Seiten zu sperren anstatt sich mit dem Autor der Seiten selbst
auseinanderzusetzen. Ich sehe den Digital Millenium Copyright Act in dieser
Hinsicht geradezu als ein Vorbild fuer Deutschland an. Vgl. hierzu mein
