Re: [FYI] How the digital millenium copyright act is used by the Church of Scientology to take down websites of critics



Die hier beschriebene Dynamik existiert auch unter der 
Ägide des Teledienstegesetzes. Ich habe sie in meinem 
Aufsatz in der JurPC beschrieben. Letztlich führt es dazu, 
daß beim leisesten Zweifel gesperrt wird. Das kann nicht 
gut sein im Sinne der grundrechtlich geschützten Meinungs-
freiheit.
