Alf and all,

  Alf, do you have something wrong with you E-Mail client?  Part of
your response here is messed up rather badly...

  After painfully trying to read Alf's response here, we [INEGRoup]
are in general agreement.  However ICANN has already violated the
White Paper on at least three documented occasions.  This leads us to
question their honesty and ability to carry our the precepts in the
white
paper.

  When will these documented violations be corrected?  And
also, what method will be employed to correct them?
