[ICANN-EU] icann-large-directors mailing list to post to the @large Directors

To all.
For your information the France@large association (dedicated to the support
of the French @large community on a non partisan basis) has created the
icann-large-directos@egroup.com ML.
The following message has been sent to the 9 Members of this ML.

Feel free to use it. Please be polite, matter of fact and clear. Please
remember that flaming a Director may convince him against your ideas. I
also suggest you do not send too many mails - that we concert before
sending them - so they do read them.

I hope this will help inestablishing a dialog in good postion betwen the
"owners" (us the users) and the main operations management (ICANN).
Best regards.
Jefsey

PS1. Sorry if this the second time you read that mail. It seems that my
Wanadoo e-mail blundered and that some did not receive it.

------

Madam, Gentlemen,
The ICANN-large_directors list has been set up by the France@large
association according to its charter to provide the French speaking @large
community with common tools, services, events and meetings organization,
information, documentation, etc... on a non partisan basis. This list
includes the five elected @large Directors and the four interim Directors
who have been joined to them to form the @large component of the ICANN BoD
(Oct 27th, 2000 announcement).

I thank these Directors to post on this list any information, remark etc..
concerning the management of this Mailing List (like e-mail address
updates). This ML may be used by anyone from the @large community to post a
question, a note, an information, a protest but cannot be used for
discussion. The @large members when informed or reminded about this list
are requested to use polite, matter of fact texts. This list is not filtered.

I hope this ML will be useful to everyone. It has been set-up on a
commercial service open to all: I apologize for the inconvenience, but this
warranties the neutrality and the quality of operations of the server.
Faithfully yours,
Jefsey Morfin
