I agree, but moreover, I think that we in the ICC will be interested
in gathering input to prepare our own review. In fact (but I didn't
discuss this with anyone else in or outside ICC) I think it would be
better if all lists and forums in the different Regions could put out
their ideas and if in the end the whole community could substantially
agree on some basic points. The role of the ICC is exactly to act as
an aggregator and facilitator for this to happen: a single document
subscribed by all known active groups of the At Large world would be
enormously hard for ICANN to dismiss without adequate consideration.
