the appended exchange prompts my suggestion to finally get rid of kooks 
like Williams by blocking them from this list. 

Although most participants duly ignore his voluminous rants, I 
think this shows he is beyond sane debate anyway. His remarks
are intolerable.

And while you are at it, please do Fleming the same favour :-/.
