There are so many possibilities... It would be most interesting to
speculate about them all. However, what is really interesting is what
is in fact the case. I have no doubt, that someone in the ICANN staff
will be able to spare a few hours and draw some conclusions based upon
a _study_ of the actual envelopes. And I am also sure, that if these
conclusions are, that all these letters, or the major part of them,
did not arrive for reasons about which nobody can blame ICANN, they
will tell us. If I hear nothing, my suspicion about all the 'lost'
members will only grow.
I am one of those people who always think (and fear...) the worse,
when they hear nothing.
