Who and how inform is a question really. When there is something
wrong under .fr, I can relay the information to the administrative
contact. I also know with trust that someone is identifyed as
responsable in France in front of the french laws behind domains.

I'm not against freedom but I also support the idea of "responsabilisation"
(if it can be said like that in english).

There is also a question of education behind that I suppose.
