  We already have over a 100,000 members currently.  The ISOC
is not ever likely to reach that goal under it's current leadership structure.
Some of our members are also ISOC members, most are not.  Some
are members of the @large, and many applied but have YET to receive
their Pin #'s for various reasons that have been expressed by me as their
spokesman and themselves to ICANN, with only a few resolved
at this point.  It seems obvious to me anyway and most of our members
that ICANN is blocking our members from joining the @Large.

  This is categorically not true Harald, see my comment above.

  Scaling is not a problem.  It is often used as an excuse though.
