PS. Your response is the same as Alexander. Basically you say
that a question is wrong. An answer may be wrong, not a question.

I note that your only repeated response, after some considerations,
is "we do not need to consider the question". I am only expecting
from German competent lawyers: "for Germany: yes in such cases,
no in other cases".

I will report the professionnal responses I may obtain.
