If the addressing feature of DNS is removed, it's possible to use it as a
thesaurus. Please have a look at Hyper-J (and notice the date(!)).
It's also possible to change the DNS system in the following way:
You want to get a record for a name. www.thur.de
Hash the last two parts of the domain name. b5379ed0e0ed0ff52635cfc84e521565
Use this hash as an index to the normal DNS.
=> www.b5.37.9e.d0.e0.ed.0f.f5.26.35.cf.c8.4e.52.15.65.
Now you may insert as many Registrars as needed without an interference.
This systems scales ;-)
