As a self-nominated Candidate for the Europe Region too, I also support this Request. As the
second principle adopted by the Board in Berlin says, the election process should allow for
adjustments in the process based on experience. So an adjustment based on the experience that
the At-Large-Members were able to provide candidates for every region should be made and the
decision  to give candidates, nominated by ICANN, a preferred and guaranteed place on the final
list of candidates for election as a board member should be revoked.
