As a candidate which has very few chances to compete with your visibility I
would like to ask you to explain better what are your points of view regarding
things I'm about to write down here after reading your message.
I do not live in Germany and I see you got so many endorsement but I saw
very few of your talks and your very first paraghraps in last msg seems try to
tell that we, the other candidates, are busy with doing unuseful things
Dont you think this is a way to show, maybe by mistake, a little annoying
winner-snobism or this is your usual way to deal with other people ?
(Just a 'innocent' question since I know how much busy is life)
I'm telling this because, along with things I agree (like delegation) I read your
statement about 'transparency' and that you are "proud" to not sign any NDA
agreements.
On my job sometimes I have to deal with NDA agreements too but I do not
put objection in advance on signing. I read the NDA and try to understand
real implications and then decide if signing or not.
Don't you think that having such prejudice will mean to not have enough
openness to try to understand the need that the other partiy express in order
to protect his work ?
I had succesful stories of NDA which has been modified by the proposing
party when telling them why I was believing it was not acceptable.
What I'm trying to tell is that seems to me (for the just few things I've seen)
that in some cases there is no room for dialogue with you due to some prior
closure choices on your side and, sorry to say, this sounds to me more like
a miss than a value.
So... why being so proud of it ?
Oh yes.. You don't need my endorsement.. I know... :)
I hope to not be mail-bombed [:-) for expressing such opinion.
Best Regards
Giorgio Griffini
