I completely agree.
It would not do any good to Africa to have their representative chosen by
Europeans or Americans.

I rather take the risk of having only the NomCom candidates (one of which I
personally know - he has all my respect) rather than to have the greater
risk of having a well-organized group from abroad decide for you.
