[ICANN-EU] ICANN elections statistics, v1.0

Ok, here we are. You can find at http://icann.bertola.eu.org/stat/ the
first version of my statistics system. It is a set of HTML pages
showing stats for all the regions, i.e. the candidates chart together
with some other numbers such as the member count and the percentage of
expressed votes.

It is automatically updated every half hour so ICANN's updates should
be processed quite fastly. I'm keeping copies of the files, so we have
the snapshots. Should I try to produce comparative charts and so on?
Guys, I also have a life :)

I added a disclaimer to the European chart, to make it clear that I am
one of the candidates - just for transparency. I've not added any link
from the statistics pages to my candidate page, because I was
wondering whether it would have been fair or not. Any comment on this
matter (and on the pages themselves) is welcome.
