The number of activated accounts is shown on ICANN site (just click on
"Statistics"), and I parse that page to get it updated also in my
statistics. By the way, ICANN has confirmed that the 2% threshold must
be calculated on the number of active accounts on Aug 31, so it is
important to watch that number. (I'd expect the threshold in Europe to
be between 400 and 500 votes.)
