Your objection is true, but as I told before there are at least three
different German-speaking countries in Europe that mostly form a
single cultural area, so I think that he'll have a significant
percentage of votes from Switzerland and Austria, and that on such a
high number of endorsements you don't have to worry about that. (It
would even be enough for him to be endorsed from a German person
residing outside Germany for work reasons.)
I'd be more interested to know if any of my 41 endorsements comes from
outside Italy :)
