In my not so humble opinion, advertising like the one included below
shows a deep disrespect for generally accepted rules on the net. In
particular, such advertising doesn't look like a reason to endorse a
candidate.

Hi Madams and Sirs,
my english is awfull, and nevertheless I am a human being
my technical knowledge is rudimentary, but I dare to express me
my sens of business is not developped , even so I like to live in democratie
my will to research power is not alive, but my willpower to control society
decisions which are touching me, is unbroken
in this world, we are some billions of people to be in this same position
so we are obliged to look deeply what kind of decisions the specialists
(governers, scientists, trademark owners, experts, technicians.....) are
making and to remind them that they are not the owners of the future
that's what me make running for the ICANN Board nomination in Europe
for precisions, make a visite on my ICANN link
please help me in my own support
and thank you very much for your special time
