Exactly. One of the changes necessary to make UDRP fair is not to let the
complainant choose the arbitrator. Arbitrators now have every reason to
decide for the complainant. Not because they get more money that way. But
because there will be no new cases if they don't. Complainants are the
only ones who benefit from UDRP.
It is difficult though, to think of a better way to choose
arbitrators. It might not be unfair to let the respondent choose the
arbitrator. Of course WIPO will never accept this... It would kill their
business.
