Guenter,
Andrew has confirmed the extension, and there have
been changes on the ICANN At Large and the ICANN website,
but they are barely visible.
AFAIK there has been no official ICANN announcement,
but it may be that there have been mails to those who
have *not* endorsed any candidate yet. (Probably most
people on the icann-europe list have already endorsed
a candidate, so they wouldn't get such a mail.)
Maybe Andrew could comment on that?
