Well, you didn't say so. You effectively said "the fact's don't matter
as long
as Andy gets bad Press. He deserves that anyway".

You aren't, either. 
- mistake 1: Andy's site is perfectly accessible with a text mode
browser. 
  you apparently didn't bother checking
- mistake 2: These folks obviously even didn't know his site but refer
to
  the ccc web site. That whining about the poor fellas actually having
to
  click twice or install a certificate file into their browser is just 
  that - whining. The site even comes up without that fuss when accessed
  from lynx. Andreas asked about that - you just ignored the question.

You just repeated baseless accusations without checking. So much for
reality. 

Aside from that these folks are just fishing for free publicity. 
There is no logical connection beween Webb design for the 
handicapped and ICANN. I agree though he should have told them 
so in a polite email.
