sorry for my delay, I hope it's not too lare to repli ;-)

It's a good idea. A director must listen to other users opinions,
especially if she/he was choosen by @large members. Of course,
unfortunatly, it's not possibile to make eveybody happy, but after a
discussione opened to all netizens (on NG or ML) the director may set up a
poll with the choices people like (to avoid multiple votes from the same
people, of course, we have to study a solution).

I agree. Sometimes the words which aren't told, say a lot about people... :-)
