[ICANN-EU] Please provide URL's or information for reference page

to be put on the InternetGovernance page of wiki wiki, it will only take a
second for you and will help others find what they are after.

Many apologies for cross positing this such that some will receive it two or
three times but few people have taken the effort to make known where the
various congregations of discussions are happening, and there will probably
be many un-subscribing soon so its best to get some info into the open and
hopefully referenced by some of the main sites as a bulletin place for
information that *_anyone can update_*.

I know the idea of councils keeps coming up and while they are getting
argued over at least make sure that there is a pointer to proposed venues
[if not using wiki wiki as such a venue] a couple of lines of text would be
nice as well.
