If I'm not wrong, if you didn't activate your account by today, you won't be
able to vote in the ballot. I guess this was done to be sure that all voters
take part in the campaign period, and also to be able to start sample
identity verifications and other checks on the voters' list, but maybe we
should ask ICANN to rethink at this, given the high number of persons who
did not receive the PIN yet.
