If I understand ICANN's Q&A rules right, you don't have a way to
know whether or not a question has been asked before by others, but
not (yet) answered by any candidate. However, regardless of whether
or not you duplicate other users' questions, you can only ask ten
times.
I'd like to solicit list members to post copies of their questions
to the ICANN Q&A to this list as they _ask_ them, in order to avoid
unnecessary duplication of questions (and waste of "munition") on
the Q&A forum.
Tagging such messages with the string [Q&A] in the subject line may
be a good idea.
(I may certainly be wrong about this - please correct me if that's
the case.)
