Andrew and all,

  I sense your frustration Andrew...  But it isn't necessary to lash out
at Jeanette or anyone else for the inadquacies of the ICANN staff or
the ICANN Board's lack of proper hiring and planning so such problems
would not have occured, as was warrned months ago.
