Re: [icann-candidates] RE: [ICANN-EU] ICANN discriminatory bug

Thank you, Marc.
To address your question: all these departments and territories
are members of the French national territory, their representatives
sit in the French Parliament and Senate, Governement Ministers
are from these places or could, they are full citizens of the French
Republic with the same rights and duties. Their regional forms of
administration may vary due to their geographical specifics but
in similar terms as the metropolitan regions or Corsica. If they
have (non used) TLDs this is a gift from late Dr. Jon Postel who
used the Telex list, not a claim of the French government. In the
coming olympic games, the French team is proud to count
several significant French citizen from these regions.

I will add I am extremely surprised that Andrew did not
respond to this mail which obviously went through. I am
demanding on this because I am asking respect for my
country and fellow citizens, also because it is obvious
that my demand is in the best internet of the ICANN, of the
interest of the public and of every expatriate in the world.

Joop, as I have no access to the system my PIN not
working, could you document exactly what happens when
you acces the system, so I may preport it in a press
release as observed by a non French person. I certainly
want to pursue this until the single person working for the
@large election has corrected the problem. I know he is
overloaded, I tell him hello and I am ready to accept any
reasonable delay, but there is here a real mistake from
him or someone else.
