  To a great degree, you are right here Jefsey.  It is up to us to
help get donors to ICANN.  But first as you also rightly
stated, the ICANN board, must provide a framework by
which ALL stakeholders have an equal standing in the policies
that ICANN adopts or considers before any significant donations
can be acquired...
