I'm about to install the list's new charter. The text is reproduced
below for your reference.
This is the version last posted to the drafts repository. In
particular, I have decided to leave out any quantitative definitions
of "rough consensus" as requested by Jeff Williams and suggested by
Jefsey Morfin. If necessary, we can add such definitions in the
future. For now, I'd prefer if we could try working with the rough
definitions.
