Jessica and all,
The problem I see with this article is that there is some misinformation
in it. But on the whole it is accurate.
The incorrect statement in this article is the following:
To Wit: "The problem was that during the first couple days of the
election, some voters were shut out of the system,
prompting criticism from election watchers. But the
technical snafu was quickly fixed, and almost all of the
affected voters did eventually cast their ballots."
Most of our members were unable to vote. Some 50% of the
@large members of ICANN have yet to receive their PIN Numbers
so were also no able to vote as well. In addition it was reported that
the Polls were closed 40 Mins. early so some other @large ICANN
members may not have had a good opportunity to vote due to this problem
as well.
