there is an overview of the numerous ICANN-related 
mailinglists now available at

  http://www.icannchannel.de/list.htm (German)

If you know about a list that is missing, please
tell me so I can update it.

BTW: I too fear that the new icann-debate list might 
duplicate icann-europe's efforts as the borderline 
seems to be rather faint. I hope it doesn't end up
in even more cross-posting than now.
