No, I was the one who read your two posts. :-)

'yours' --> Thomas and Hanno; I'm just a subscriber.
Maybe I just don't see the division line, but it tends
to blur on other ICANN lists, too.
As to whether icann-news is an announcement or a discussion
list (Jefsey sent me a remark on this), I understood it
to be a list for 'info mails'. But it is an open list
where everyone can make announcements, including but not
limited to Andy, ICANN, NSI, INEGroup etc. or not? (Andy?)
