  Hummmm?  I believe that our members in the EU would strongly disagree
in two areas here in you comments, Subhash.  There needs to be open
standards for protocols and infrastructure to be backward compatible.
Though I am sure we would agree that Rating Standards for Content is unnecessary
as well as unwise from a free speech point of view.
