Gupta Jefsey and all,

  All of these points the Gupta makes here are very good ones
that should become part of the ICANN Policy for the Internet.
They have been made before on several occasions in the past
over a year ago.  The Than ICANN Board dismissed them
"Out of Hand" or went predominately ignored.

  We [INEGroup] presented many of these points (See Below)
some time ago as I mention.  We would still support them.
