Agreed. And as such adding additional ML's is not a wise idea
at this point.

Very much agreed here. And as such one ML for each ICANN defined
region would be preferable for the sake of simplicity and ease of
understanding to new and oncoming @large members within those
regions.

And grow the @large membership of ICANN in general if the board
will allow for that. However the election showed clearly that ICANN
is not adequately staffed to handle ANY growth. Catch 22 perhaps?
