I think it makes a lot of sense to set up an account
a) collect donations and
b) support Andy's work.

I would trust Andy to handle the money in a senseful way.
Would you care to open an "At-Large-Supporters-Account", Andy?

Andrew McLaughlin's email sounded pretty happy with the proceedings
so far.

A trademark owner would loose his rights, if he does not defend it.
Thus, I see no chance to convince TM holders to not object against
misuse or abuse within any TLD.
