... reminds me of one point we made in the early days.
AtLarge Membership should not be viewed simply as a set of people to whom to
ask every (n) months/years "who do you want to integrate the ICANN Board".
I appreciate that the registration facility has been closed before the
elections, but what is the rationale for keeping it closed now, that
ballot-stuffing is not meaningful?
Shouldn't ICANN re-open the possibility for new members to join, and foresee
in the budget the needed funding for mailing the PINs?
BTW, how many PINs can ICANN send with the money of a TLD application? ;>)
