Mike,

According to some ICANN Board members, ALL of the ICANN
records will be made public.

Are you saying this is not the case ?

Since ICANN is working under contract to the U.S. Department of Commerce,
will all of the records be available via an FOIA request ?

Are all of your e-mails to and from the U.S. Government being retained ?
