Mike and all,
Thank you Mike for this pointer, although it has been discussed before
in some detail. Others on this ML may not be familiar with it however.
Non the less, a "Statutory" ICANN member has yet to be adequately
established
in fact for the ICANN @large membership due to the poor method employed
by the ICANN board, including yourself, as to assigning PIN#'s and
recognition
of applicants. Please correct this problem post haste.
