  The problem is that none of this is technically factual in today's DNS (Bind).
So the questions are really not relevant and are only misleading.  With Multiple
root structures and SROOTS or BINDPlus for instance Competitive and
Inclusive separate Root structures by definition SHARE all data regarding
TLD's and Domain Names.  Hence, again your arguments are moot...
